Does Sam Herring's vocal on Time Moves Slow feel like a perfect match for the band or a jarring outlier?

Perfect. The song gives such a reflective space for his soulful voice to stand out. The production on his vocals is perfection - just a bit of dust and reverb. It feels like a song that deserves to be heard by more people.
