The US version opens with I've Just Seen A Face instead of Drive My Car, so which opening better sets up the album?

I know it's sacrilege to say, but I've always preferred the US Capitol version of Rubber Soul. To my ears, it just sounds more cohesive and "acoustic" sounding opening with "I've Just Seen a Face" and including "It's Only Love". Of course, I miss "Nowhere Man" and "If I Needed Someone" but this is the version Brian Willson heard that inspired Pet Sounds which has always tipped this version in it's favor...for me at least.
