Voyager blends neo-soul, jazz, and ambient R&B without fully committing to any one genre — does that hybridity feel like a strength or does it leave you wanting more of one direction?

It's a little surprising that the album is almost 10 years old because it feels so fresh. Crossing genres definitely gives it a unique feeling. There have been moments where I really dig the beat of a track. Some have been a little reminiscent of that LA/Low End Theory/Flying Lotus electronic trip hop sort of sound, which I'm a huge fan of. I can't say that I wish there was more of that on the album, though.
