Does the constant stream of skits deepen the album's world or drag the pacing down on repeat listens?

I might be alone in this, but it really drags down the back half of the album. I'm usually a fan of skits, but I don't think Kanye utilizes them for flow in the same way that Wu-Tang or DOOM might.
