I think an album clearly this intentional, it's overarching themes, motifs, etc., really benefits from purposeful closure like this reprise. I really enjoyed it as a closing to the experience.
@Jangles also if you look at all of her albums as a whole, it’s kinda like going through the stages of grief and lost weekend (reprise) is a really good closer; not just for this album but kind of for her whole journey if you think about it
