Where does Weiland's vocal performance on Lady Your Roof Brings Me Down land for you between vulnerable and overcooked?

Felt a bit cooked to me. This was the moment in the album where I really started to think about that vocal edge he brought to so many STP songs. This just feels like it falls slightly short.

Agreed seems cooked here. Crazy little tidbit on this song Sheryl Crow plays the accordion on it.
