I just mentioned it in the session, but this album was such a pleasant surprise. I think some of the earlier sounds of Pearl Jam turned me off over the years - especially Eddie's vocals and Mike's guitar both being overly expressive on just about every single track. This album felt way more diverse in it's approach. The drumming in particular seemed to give them some permission to explore new sounds and ideas. It led to an extremely listenable album with incredible lyrics and awesome highs and lows. Thanks for the share!
