I’m a huge Pearl Jam and Neil Young fan so when this record came out I was in heaven. Neil ultimately became the “godfather of grunge” and this record pretty much solidified it. Bringing in Pearl Jam as his backing band also saved them too as they have stated around this time it was pretty tumultuous for them as a band. I will always hold this record in high regard.
