I love it. I has a similar sense of melancholy as the end of Kid A, though a bit less cinematic. Radiohead has a bit of a depressive feel to me that these album closings seem to reenforce.

The sparse arrangement of “Videotape” works for me as the closer on this album. It’s not as “grand” as other Radiohead songs but it fits the theme and vibe of the album as a whole for me
I feel like the sparsely arranged song structure perfectly fits the overall song arc of the album, and the way the band arranged the end of the song when Phil Selway brings the percussion and the instruments are slightly off is an excellent choice to finish the song and album
