Not sure if this one is coming out of left field. Supreme Clientele is one of the greatest, but Adrian Younge brings such a unique production vibe to this project. The theme, the sounds, the storytelling…everything about this is so vivid. It’s music that swallows you whole.

Rap with a 70s vibe, what is not to like?

@Cousin-Cletus remind you of any other albums? I love the vibe.

@Jangles not any album in particular but the sound is the same as a lot of low-fi ish 70’s productions. The organ and drums could be from James Brown or Bob Marley but not from Depeche Mode

Man...the chorus in Enemies All Around Me is so nasty. The transition from chorus to verse is beautiful. The whole use of vibrato across instruments gives this one such a precarious feeling. Such an incredible production to support Ghost's story of distrust.

I really haven't heard anyone talk about this album anywhere. It feels so so underrated. I come back to it every few months and it always such a great listen. Fun to see others get excited about it.
