This one might be my most played vinyl. I picked it up at one of the early record store days with @harlanworld . I was never super into The White Stripes, but this one always blows me away.
Just pressed play. Seven Nation Army has become so far removed from this album it's almost surprising to hear it when the album first starts. What an iconic opening track.
Arguably a top 10 album of the 2000s, every song is just so good, Jack White is truly a amazing lyricist
@William The musicianship is insane, too. His ability to modernize traditional singer songwriter / blues is so inventive. The constant starkness and simplicity of the music is always stunning.
