Just taking my first spin through the album. I'm reminded of a number of other bands that I was initial turned off from due to a singer that didn't fit squarely in a box. Bob Dylan. Bob Weir (and Donna.) King Krule. Bono. Billy Corgan. A lot of these voices started to fit into the puzzle of their music the more time I've given them. Anyone else have similar experiences?
