Hey Everythingsjazz - just wanted to say hello. I saw you set up an in person listening event here. If there’s anything that you wish Sound Club had or would like to share any feedback along the way please let me know! Sessions is a brand new feature so hoping to learn from early events and tweak to make it more helpful and fun as time goes on.
@Jangles hi thanks for reaching out. So I run this album listening event in my town once a month. I have a big HiFi sound system that I bring to the venue to play vinyl albums. I feel like this Sessions feature is an interesting way to ad a digital component to it. Honestly, I'm not sure how to incorporate it yet. The album notes pamphlet ideas is very interesting. I think that would add to the experience at the event without much extra work for me. This is a labor of love so anywhere I can trim work helps to keep it going consistently. I know this one is too short notice, but I'll set it up for the next one in September.
