It’s definitely Andre 3000. Around this time, he completely changed his image. You can hear throughout the whole album. Everyone was going one way and Andre 3000 went left. I remember when I was younger, people around the city used to talk about how he was dressing. It was bold career move, but it made him standout and an influencer for the future.
I think. Big Boi is central in Southernplayalistic. Andre is central on ATLiens because he comes into his esoteric own on this album as an MC. Aquemini is where they achieved that perfect Yin and Yang. The thing about it is that it reminds me of Shakespeare or a Greek tragedy where you have the players and the narrator. Big Boi is the action and the player the one playing out the actions and Andre is more the narrative voice looking at it from an above viewpoint
