Help and support

Signing in

Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code. No password needed. You can also use a password, or continue with Apple or Google.

• Code didn't arrive? Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email address is spelled right, then tap Send a new code.
• Forgot your password? Choose Use a password instead, then Forgot password? We'll email you a code to set a new one.
• Changing your email or password: Account › Email and sign-in.

Your username and profile

Change your username, photo, bio, city and favorite genres in Account › Edit profile.

If your old username was an email address, we changed it to the part before the @ when we moved to the new Sound Club, so your email isn't shown to other members. You can pick a different one any time.

Notifications

• Choose what you hear about: Account › Notifications. Turn each kind of notification on or off, mute a club, and choose which emails you get.
• Need a break? Turn on Pause push notifications at the top of Account › Notifications, or use your phone's Settings › Notifications › Sound Club.
• Emails: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Account emails (like sign-in codes) always come through.

Reporting and blocking

• Report a post, message, club, session or member from its ⋯ menu. We review every report within 24 hours.
• Block someone from the ⋯ menu on their profile. You won't see each other's posts or profiles, and any follows between you are removed. They aren't told. Undo it any time in Account › Blocked people.
